Build Something Meaningful in Home Cooking
We're looking for people who believe cooking at home shouldn't feel complicated. If you want to help others discover confidence in their kitchens, you might fit right in here.
Our team works remotely across Ukraine, creating resources that make cooking accessible to everyone. It's not always glamorous work, but it matters to the people we serve.

Recipe Content Developer
You'd spend your days creating recipe guides that actually help people cook. Not the fancy stuff that looks good on camera but falls apart when someone tries it at home. We need clear instructions that work in real kitchens.
- Test recipes with common ingredients people already have
- Write instructions that beginners can follow without panic
- Work with our small photography team on visuals
- Adapt traditional recipes for modern schedules
Community Engagement Specialist
People come to us when they're stuck. Sometimes it's a cooking question, sometimes they just need encouragement. This role is about being there when someone needs help figuring out dinner.
- Answer questions in our community forums daily
- Organize occasional virtual cooking sessions
- Spot patterns in what people struggle with
- Help create FAQ content based on real questions
Product Innovation Coordinator
We're constantly trying to figure out what would actually help home cooks. This isn't about chasing trends. It's about understanding why someone gives up on cooking and finding ways to remove those barriers.
- Talk to users about their cooking challenges
- Research what stops people from cooking at home
- Prototype new tools and resources
- Test ideas with real community members
What Working Here Actually Looks Like
We're not going to pretend this is some revolutionary workplace. It's a small team doing focused work. But here's what you should know.
Flexibility That Works Both Ways
Remote work means you control your schedule, but deadlines still matter. We trust people to manage their time because nobody wants to be micromanaged. Some folks work early mornings, others are night owls. As long as the work gets done and you're available for key meetings, we don't track hours.
Learning Happens Here
You'll probably learn more about ingredient sourcing and cooking techniques than you expected. We share knowledge constantly because everyone brings different expertise. Last month someone taught the whole team about proper knife skills. Small things add up.
Honest Feedback Culture
If something isn't working, we talk about it. Not in some formal performance review three months later, but when it matters. It goes both ways though. If a process is broken or a decision doesn't make sense, people speak up.
What We Offer
Standard benefits plus some things we've added because they actually matter to people doing this work.
Competitive Compensation
Salaries are based on experience and market rates for Ukraine. We review compensation annually and adjust when it makes sense. No games, no surprises.
Professional Development
Budget for courses, books, or conferences related to your work. We care more about what you learn than where the money goes. Cooking classes count if they help you understand our users better.
Health Coverage
Medical insurance that covers the basics and then some. Dental and vision included. We know healthcare costs stress people out, so this is fully covered by the company.
Generous Time Off
Twenty days paid vacation plus public holidays. We actually want you to use them. Burned out people don't do good work, and we're in this for the long run.
Ready to Join Us?
Send your resume and a short note about why you're interested. We read every application, though it might take us a few days to respond during busy periods.
Tell us about something you've worked on that you're proud of. Could be a project, a problem you solved, or just a challenge you figured out. We care more about how you think than checking boxes on requirements.
If you're not sure you're qualified but the work sounds interesting, apply anyway. Job descriptions are wish lists, not dealbreakers.
